Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your registration for our continuing education course. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Full Refund: If you need to cancel your registration, you will be eligible for a full refund if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance of the course start date. Notification should be made in writing via email to continuingeducation@achievewithandrea.com.

Partial Refund: If you cancel your registration with less than 72 hours notice but at least 24 hours notice before the course start date, you will be eligible for a partial refund. The partial refund will be equal to 50% of the course fee.

No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start date or for no-shows on the day of the course.

Transfers: If you are unable to attend the course but would like to send someone in your place, please notify us in advance. Transfers to another individual can be made at no additional cost.

Course Cancellation: In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. We will make every effort to provide advance notice of course cancellations.

Please note that all refund requests and cancellations must be made in writing and sent to continuingeducation@achievewithandrea.com. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
