As therapists, we often hold on to the needs of others and create the space necessary for our clients. When do we give ourselves the time to restore? To connect? To ground ourselves?

This four hour retreat is created with therapists in mind.

We recognize the importance of restoring with friends (old and new!). Below are pricing options if you are coming with a group. Many group practices have inquired about group pricing and we are proud to offer that option.
